Terms of the public offer of LocalHub

CONTRACT of the public offer for the provision of charitable donations

This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is addressed to an unspecified number of persons – individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Benefactor”) who are visitors to the website https://localhub.store (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The Offer is an official and public proposal of the Charitable Organization “Charitable Fund for Social Reforms and Support “Nadiya” (EDRPOU code 26220897), represented by the Director Meleshko Oleksandr Mykolayovych, acting on the basis of the Charter (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), to conclude an agreement on the provision of a charitable donation (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) on the terms set out below.

1. Terms and definitions

  • Public offer (Offer) – The Foundation's valid offer, posted on the Site, to make a charitable donation, is addressed to an unlimited number of persons.

  • Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Offer by making a money transfer using the payment methods available on the Site, or by transferring funds to the Fund's current account.

  • Charitable donation – free transfer of funds by the Benefactor to the Foundation for further use in order to implement LocalHub programs and other statutory tasks of the Foundation.

  • Benefactor (Donor) – an individual or legal entity who has voluntarily made a charitable donation and accepted this Offer.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the voluntary and gratuitous transfer by the Benefactor to the ownership of the Fund of funds in the form of a charitable donation to support and develop the LocalHub Starokostyantyniv platform, in particular: development of digital services for community entrepreneurs, support for internally displaced persons (IDPs), promotion of employment and self-employment, development of local businesses, cultural and educational initiatives.

2.2. The benefactor independently determines the size and purpose of his charitable donation.

2.3. Charitable donations are not intended to generate profit for the Benefactor or the Foundation and are directed solely to the implementation of the Foundation's statutory activities and LocalHub programs.
